Who provides Nadi
These terms govern use of Nadi and joinnadi.com, operated by GYL Properties, LLC, 516 S Alister St, Port Aransas, TX 78373, United States. Contact nadiapphq@gmail.com for support and business matters, or privacy@joinnadi.com for privacy requests. By using Nadi you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you are located. Provide accurate account and age information, protect your credentials and do not share access or impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Consent and community conduct
Respect consent, boundaries and other members. Respectful adult discussions of relationships, kink, BDSM, consensual non-monogamy and personal preferences are permitted. Sexually explicit or pornographic images and videos are prohibited across profiles, private messages and rooms. Do not post illegal material, exploitative content, threats, harassment, hate, scams, spam or another person’s confidential information. Do not solicit or involve minors. Follow the community guidelines and use reporting controls for violations.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give Nadi permission to host, store, display and transmit it as needed to provide the features you choose and to moderate and protect the service. Only share material you have the rights and necessary consent to share. Other members may capture content even when a disappearing-media feature is used.
Safety and moderation
We may review reported or flagged content, restrict content or accounts, and suspend or terminate access for violations or safety reasons. Automated screening can make mistakes. To request review of an action, contact support with relevant details. Verification labels describe particular checks and do not guarantee identity or safety. Exercise care before sharing sensitive information or meeting someone; Nadi does not guarantee matches, authenticity or another member’s conduct.
Early beta and availability
Nadi is an evolving early beta. Features may change, be interrupted or be unavailable in your location. Sample profiles in the demo are fictional and distinct from member accounts. We do not promise a particular match, outcome, perk or uninterrupted availability. Any future paid feature will require its own disclosed price and applicable payment terms; these terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.
Privacy and closing your account
Read the Privacy Policy for information about data use and your choices. You may stop using the service and request deletion through available account controls or privacy@joinnadi.com. We may need to verify ownership and retain limited information for safety or legal reasons as described in that policy.
Responsibilities and applicable rights
Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape private member information or attempt unauthorized access to the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the beta is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact us to raise a dispute or complaint.
Changes and contact
